PUM stands for ‘Programma Uitzending Managers’ which is Dutch for ‘Manager Deployment Programme’. However, as we have long since ceased deploying managers only (we currently work with specialists and entrepreneurs, too) we nowadays apply the abbreviation with the addition Netherlands senior experts.
